Shigeru Handa

Shigeru Handa is an advisor at Access Mobile. Shigeru previously worked as a portfolio manager for inclusive growth and private sector development at UNDP Iraq from January 2008 to August 2015. Prior to that, they were the director of HR and marketing at Natural Lawson from November 2004 to November 2007. Handa also worked as a business strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from April 2001 to June 2004. Shigeru began their career as a country officer at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation from April 1996 to March 2001.

Shigeru Handa has a MPA/Macc from the University of Southern California in Public Administrations / Accounting and a Bachelor from Kyoto University in International Politics and Law.
