Li Xing

Li Xing is a Policy Analyst in Access Partnership’s Global Government Advisory team.

Li Xing brings her policy experience from the public sector, having previously worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore, as well as implementational experience from the private sector, having previously worked at tech start-ups, SMEs, and multinationals, including Mastercard and IBM.

Li Xing holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing and Management) with Distinction from the National University of Singapore. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
