Jacqueline Cook possesses extensive experience in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as Regional Team Lead and Product Manager at Access Softek since July 2014. Specialized in security and mobile banking solutions, Jacqueline has a strong background in system administration for both Linux and Windows servers gained during tenure as a Technical Implementation Manager and Systems Engineer at Diebold. Additionally, Jacqueline has held positions as a Windows Hosting Engineer at Allstate and as an adjunct professor at Walsh University and Stark State College. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from The University of Akron.
