The HR and Operations team at Accion Point is responsible for managing and optimizing both human resources and operational processes within the company. This includes recruiting, training, and employee development (handled by the HR Business Partner and HR Analyst), as well as overseeing daily operational activities, resource allocation, and client account management (managed by the Operations Account Manager and Operation Manager). They ensure that both personnel and operational practices align with the company’s overall strategy and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
