Fabian Aboytes

Fabian Aboytes is an experienced legal and contract management professional currently serving as the Head of Contract Management for Water in North America and LATAM at ACCIONA since September 2023. Prior to this role, Fabian held various leadership positions at Mitsui & Co. Infrastructure Solutions, including Chief of External Affairs Officer & General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Fabian's extensive experience in the legal field began at Atlatec, S.A. de C.V., where responsibilities included Corporate Lawyer and Business Development Manager. Fabian has also contributed to academia as a Professor of Legal English at Tecnológico de Monterrey and possesses advanced degrees in law, including a Master's in Public Law from Escuela de Gobierno y Transformación Pública and a Bachelor of Laws from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additional education includes a seminar at Harvard University focusing on Public-Private Partnerships.
