Harry Reynolds

Harry Reynolds currently serves in Sales & Operations Optimization at ACCO Engineered Systems, where responsibilities include developing new leaders by aligning tasks with interests and leveraging strengths. Previously, Harry held the position of Director of Operations at Kinetic Systems, Inc., from 2019 to 2024, focusing on leadership development and operational training to enhance profitability and business objectives. Prior experiences include project management at Consorcio Deco-Konstructiva for the construction of the "El Nakuti" beach hotel and project engineering roles involving sewerage and wastewater treatment facilities at AyA - GEOTECNICA S.A. and VSN Engineering. Harry holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
