Yana Melnikava

Yana Melnikava is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in leading complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of the Project Management Office at Accolite since April 2022, Yana facilitates cross-functional collaboration and designs frameworks for Cloud Enablement and Modernization offerings. Previous experience includes executing a cloud migration program for a major software company with Amazon Web Services and managing multimillion-dollar consulting projects for the Canadian public sector at CGI. Yana has also held roles such as IT Service & Project Manager at the Canadian Real Estate Association, PMO Practice Lead at Napkyn Inc., and Project Manager at N-VisionIT Interactive, demonstrating expertise in project delivery, Agile methodologies, and service lifecycle management. Yana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Athabasca University and various diplomas in Interactive Multimedia Development and Information Technology from Algonquin College.
