Stephen Warden

Stephen Warden is a board member at Accord Financial. Stephen has previously worked as a partner at Parker Simone LLP, where they provided audit, tax, and advisory services for public and private companies, dealers, entrepreneurs, and their families. Warden has also worked as a CA at Thorne Ernst & Whinney and Ernst & Whinney Canada until its merger in 1989 to form KPMG Canada. Stephen was elected to partnership with KPMG Canada in 1990. Warden has also worked as an audit partner at KPMG LLP, where they focused on a wide variety of publicly traded and privately owned enterprises. Stephen has specialized industry expertise with banks, trust companies, asset based lenders, investment dealers, managers, and many forms of funds (single and multi-employer pension funds, private equity, mutual funds, venture capital). Warden has also conducted and led a number of complex multi-disciplinary due diligence assignments and special control reviews. Stephen has experience with public sector risk assessments, value for money program audits and reviews.

Stephen Warden has a B Comm. from the University of Toronto - New College, and also studied commerce and economics at Orangeville District Secondary School.
