Robyn Geyer

Robyn Geyer is the current Director of Training at Accounting Seed. Robyn has over sixteen years of experience in the field of training and development, including expertise in adult learning and compliance training.

Robyn began their career in 1999 as a Compliance Training Manager at Chevy Chase Bank. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering compliance training programs. Robyn quickly established a reputation for being an innovative leader and was promoted to Director of Training in 2009.

In 2009, Robyn joined Capital One as a Learning Consultant. In this role, they provided consulting services, project management, training design, development, and implementation. Robyn also served as an expert in adult learning, providing guidance and support to clients.

During their six years at Capital One, Robyn demonstrated their ability to quickly learn and master new training development tools. Robyn also played a key role in the success of the newly formed team of Learning Consultants.

In 2015, Robyn left Capital One to join Accounting Seed as the Director of Training. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of training and development for the company. Robyn is also responsible for ensuring that all employees are properly trained on accounting and financial software applications.

Robyn is an expert in their field and is dedicated to helping their clients and employees succeed. Robyn is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the training and development field.

Robyn Geyer has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland, as well as a degree from Towson University. Robyn also has a certification from Langevin Learning Services in Level 1 Instructional Designer/Developer.

Robyn Geyer reports to Tony Zorc, Founder & CEO. Robyn Geyer works with Ryan Sieve - CTO, Alissa Arford - Director of Marketing, and Caroline Beatson - COO.
