Roberto Santos currently serves as the Marketing Director for both Accredo Packaging, Inc. and Advance Polybag, Inc. since July 2024, following a successful tenure at Sealed Air Corporation from June 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included global executive leadership in strategic and digital marketing across various divisions and managing the e-commerce packaging division with significant P&L accountability. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing at Klöckner Pentaplast and various marketing management positions at Sealed Air Corporation, focusing on the food service and hygiene sectors. Early career experiences include entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry, trade marketing at Barilla, and corporate marketing at Procter & Gamble. Roberto holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and has completed several advanced leadership and digital transformation programs from prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School Online, IESE Business School, and ISDI.
