Darlene Wixon

Darlene Wixon, CHAM, CRCR, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in revenue cycle management and patient access services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Registration Services at AccuReg since August 2013, Darlene oversees an outsourced pre-registration service center, focusing on key functions such as registration, pre-certification, and patient liability estimation. Prior to this role, Darlene worked at Singing River Health System for over 15 years, where responsibilities included serving as Patient Access Director, managing functions related to scheduling and registration, as well as Radiology Manager, leading clerical staff in a full-service PACS radiology department. Darlene holds an Associate of Science degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and further education from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.
