Mallory Cordell has extensive experience in contact center operations and management, currently serving as the Contact Center Director at Accuserve Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mallory held the position of Senior Operations Manager for First Notice of Loss at HSG | CodeBlue from October 2018 to October 2021 and served as the Water Mitigation FNOL Manager during the same tenure. Mallory began the career at HSG | CodeBlue as a Water Mitigation Specialist from June 2014 to August 2016. In terms of education, Mallory achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University between November 2019 and November 2021, and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Social Services from Clark State College from 2010 to 2012.
