Currently serving as an Interim C Level Executive at Accuserve Solutions, Richard is leading the operational turnaround of a $100 million property and casualty claims processing platform. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Ontellus, where Richard focused on enhancing operational capabilities, and C Level Management Consultant at Aspirion, facilitating operational transformations in preparation for sale. Richard's executive experience extends to serving as President of MADSKY, where significant organizational transformations were executed, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Allsup, overseeing multiple operational divisions. Earlier in Richard's career, key positions at Express Scripts involved leading national pharmacy operations and utilization management, along with vital roles at AT&T and The Boeing Company focused on IT and software engineering.
