Rae Bauman

Rae Bauman is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in medical management and care coordination. Currently serving as Executive Director at Acentra Health and Advisor at CogentHill since June 2019, Rae has a proven track record in strategic planning and operational leadership. Prior roles include Vice President of Medical Management at Trillium Community Health Plan, where responsibilities encompassed program implementations and integrations across various health lines, and Director of Care Management at Qualis Health, overseeing operational development for care management contracts. Additional experience includes clinical roles at Blue Cross of Idaho, SARMC, and the College of Southern Idaho, alongside significant contributions to pediatric and behavioral health services. Rae holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University and has further education from Boise State University.
