Umesh Rathnayaka

Umesh Rathnayaka is an accomplished Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud operations, CI/CD automation, and containerization. Currently employed at EV Technologies and Acentura Inc., Umesh specializes in managing AWS-based cloud architecture and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline. Prior roles at Rezgateway encompassed creating and maintaining multi-cloud environments, enhancing deployment processes, and providing DevOps training as a consultant. Umesh began a career in DevOps as an Associate Software Engineer and intern, focusing on automation and system monitoring. Umesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science and Technology at the Postgraduate Institute of Science, University of Peradeniya.
