Ellen van Grunderbeek

Ellen Van Grunderbeek has extensive experience in the fields of innovation, social affairs, and legal consultancy. Currently serving as the Manager of the Innovation Knowledge Centre at Acerta since December 2019, Ellen has held various roles within the organization, including Team Leader and Senior Legal Consultant. Prior to Acerta, Ellen was involved in academia at KU Leuven from September 2011 to June 2023, taking on positions such as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Additional roles include Social Affairs Advisor and Poverty Reduction Advisor at the Vice-Kabinet and Cabinet for Poverty Reduction, Board Member at VUTG, and Pension, Social Affairs, and Family Advisor at CEDER. Educationally, Ellen holds a Master's degree in Social Law and Criminal Law from KU Leuven and completed a specialized program in Pension Law at the same institution.
