Robert McKimm

Robert’s career has been focused on Governance, Risk and Compliance. Joining Deloitte as a graduate accountant, he moved through a specialisation in external audit before focusing on the provision of internal audit and risk consulting services to a range of government and non-government clients.

Rob was admitted as a Partner in the Risk Services division of Deloitte in 2000. Leaving the firm in 2010, he joined Origin Energy as its Head of Internal Audit.

Returning to the consulting sector in 2013, Rob joined the NSW Government owned Internal Audit Bureau as a Director (IAB). With the closure of IAB in 2015, Rob (together with two fellow IAB Directors) established a privately owned consulting practice and continues to provide services to the NSW Government sector.
