Emmalee Simons

Emmalee Simons has extensive experience in operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Acima since September 2016, where previous roles included Operations Manager for both the Collections and Customer Service Departments. Emmalee began a career in management at JCW's Burger Boys from August 2014 to September 2016, advancing from Assistant General Manager to General Manager. Additional experience includes positions as a Customer Service Specialist at Entrata, Quality Assurance Specialist at Ethicon, Inc., Accounting Clerk at Discovery Operating Inc., and Billing Clerk at HIT Web Design. Emmalee's educational background includes studies at Utah Valley University from 2009 to 2010.
