Pascal Busch

Pascal Busch is a seasoned professional in risk management, compliance, and governance with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Global Head ERM & BCM at Acino since August 2023, Pascal is also the Founder of VirtueSpark, which focuses on enhancing corporate responsibility and governance practices through enterprise cloud software. As Chairman of the Switzerland Regional Group for the Institute of Risk Management since April 2020, Pascal has held significant roles at Roche as Data Privacy Risk Management Lead and Global GDPR Schrems II Program Manager until July 2023. Previous experience includes Risk & Quality Manager positions at Syngenta, leading risk management strategies and efficiency improvements, and head of the Governance, Risk & Compliance Unit at Halfmann Goetsch Peither AG. An educational background in Economic Computer Science complements Pascal's expertise, which also includes freelance consulting and lecturing in software engineering.
