Morgan Russell

Morgan Russell serves as a Staff Attorney for the ACLU Immigrants' Rights Project since August 2019, focusing on critical immigration law issues. Previously, Morgan held various roles at the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe, culminating as Lead Appellate Attorney, where responsibilities included managing appellate and district court litigation, along with representing clients in Immigration Court and federal appeals. Earlier experience includes an Associate Attorney role at Leonard Carder LLP, where federal and state court litigation for labor unions was a primary focus, and a Law Clerk position at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, supporting Judge James L. Dennis. Morgan Russell earned a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in English from Stanford University.
