Kevin Jacob

Kevin Jacob is an experienced professional in the field of project and service delivery, currently serving as Sr. Director of Professional Services at Acqueon since November 2023. Previously held the position of Director of Delivery Services at Servion Global Solutions from May 2010 to October 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of project delivery for strategic accounts and management of a diverse delivery team. Kevin's career includes significant achievements in leading global service delivery teams and managing deployments of contact centers, specifically in cloud and on-premises environments. Early experience includes roles as a Project Manager focusing on Agile methodologies and operations management within the contact center domain, along with a foundation as a Software Engineer at UST-Global. Kevin holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Operations from SDMIMD and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
