Beth Mitchell

Beth Mitchell is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in recruitment and training, currently serving as the Performance Development Manager at Acre since November 2007. Throughout various roles within the company, including Training Manager and Manager of Internal Recruitment and Training, Beth has played a key role in supporting Acre’s growth through effective recruitment and the development of team skills. Prior to Acre, Beth worked at Dome Recruitment and Progressive Computer Recruitment, where significant experience was gained in management and recruitment. Academic credentials include a BSc in Sociology from Cardiff University, alongside certifications in Human Resources Management and Psychometrics.
