Jacob West

Jacob West is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at acta since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition & Curation Manager at the same company, a Legal Intern at Dickie McCamey & Chilcote Attys, and a Music Touring Assistant at WME. Jacob also held internships at DIVE Studios, WME as a Crossover and Music Floating Assistant, and as a Music Archivist Intern at The Mansion on O & O Street Museum. Early career experience includes an internship with the Atlantic Treaty Association and an administrative role at Laurelwood Apartments and Townhomes. Jacob holds a Juris Doctor degree from UNSW, a Bachelor's degree in Business and Entertainment from American University, and additional studies at UNSW and The Kiski School.
