Alix Fowle

Alix Fowle is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Actalent since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Mana Search and The Birley Clubs, as well as positions in talent acquisition and human resources coordination at The Dorchester. Alix began a career in customer service as a Receptionist at THE LITTLE RETREAT DAY SPA LIMITED and contributed as Head Counselor at Camp Cedar. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Sociology from Newcastle University, complemented by a foundational education at Oakham School. Alix holds an Associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
