John Flanigan

John Flanigan, SPHR, CSP, CIR, currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Operations at Actalent since June 2021, contributing to a global leader in Engineering and Sciences Services and Talent Solutions. Prior to this role, John spent over 25 years at Aerotek, ultimately holding the position of Senior Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing and improving the recruiting process to secure top talent. John has held various positions at Aerotek, such as Regional Vice President, Vice President of Recruitment Operations, Director of Business Operations, Sales Manager, Contract Manager, and Technical Recruiter, focusing on Telecommunications, Engineering, and Information Technology recruitment in the Northwest. John earned a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University between April 1991 and April 1995.
