Paige Rydberg

Paige Rydberg is a dedicated professional and accomplished athlete with a diverse background in recruitment, figure skating, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Actalent, Paige specializes in placing Software and Hardware Engineers within the Aerospace and Defense industry. In addition to this role, Paige instructs ice skating at the United States Air Force Academy and has an extensive competitive background as a 7-time National competitor and 6-time International competitor in figure skating, including recognition as the 2021 and 2022 US Collegiate National Champion. As a volunteer athlete representative on the U.S. Figure Skating Athlete Advisory Committee, Paige advocates for the next generation of skaters and contributes to the improvement of testing criteria in the sport. Previous experience includes managing social media for JBS Leadership Consultants, providing administrative support at Notes Live, and coordinating athlete services during the Beijing 2022 Paralympics for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
