Bob van Diest

Bob Van Diest is a skilled data scientist and engineer with extensive experience in building forecasting models and managing cloud data lakes, currently working at Action since January 2024. As the owner of BvD Analytics since January 2022, Bob has previously held significant roles at Alliander, where contributions included developing asset fail rate models and transitioning applications to the cloud. Bob also served as a big data professional at Yacht, honed analytical skills as a process analyst at Euro Pool System, and managed data strategy at Randstad. Early career efforts involved data analysis at Schiphol and market research during an internship in Malaysia.
