Chloe Allen

Chloe Allen serves as the Head of Trusts and Global Markets at ActionAid UK since November 2024. Prior to this role, Chloe was the Trust and Statutory Manager at Girlguiding from September 2021 to November 2024, where leadership involved generating over £4 million of annual income from trust and statutory sources. Chloe's experience in the nonprofit sector also includes positions as a Donor Engagement Officer at Girls Not Brides, Development Officer at Redthread Youth, Fundraising and Governance Officer at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, and Content Creator at Simple Politics. Chloe holds a Master’s Degree in Gender, Policy and Inequalities from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations with Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
