María Inés París

María Inés París is an experienced professional in human resources and clinical psychology with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Gerente de RRHH at Active Cosmetic since May 2016, María oversees comprehensive HR management, including policy formulation, personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations. In addition, María has been a clinical psychologist and therapist since July 2015, specializing in vocational guidance and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Previous roles include HR KAM at VON DER HEIDE, Senior HR Consultant at Equip@, and Head of HR at Banco Cetelem, where notable projects included redefining the company’s mission and vision in collaboration with McKinsey & Company.
