Alex Burch

Alex Burch has worked at ActiveCampaign since 2016. They started as a Deliverability Specialist in September 2016 and later became a Deliverability Lead in July 2017. In August 2018, they transitioned to the role of Deliverability Engineer (SRE) before being promoted to Senior Deliverability Engineer in November 2019. Currently, Alex holds the position of Staff Engineer, starting from November 2020. Prior to ActiveCampaign, Alex worked as an Account Manager at VerveMail from September 2013 to September 2016.

Alex Burch completed a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Dallas from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Alex has obtained two certifications: one in Running Containers on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021, and another as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate from AWS in April 2019.
