Jon Toney is a seasoned UX Design Lead with extensive experience in creating user-centered digital solutions across various industries. Currently at Active Logic, Jon collaborates with developers and engineers to deliver custom software products. Previously, Jon served as a Creative Director and UX Design Lead at Vesta Equity, where responsibilities included shaping a cohesive design strategy for a blockchain platform. With a strong foundation in product design from roles at Epiq and Rx Savings Solutions, Jon has consistently driven engagement and improvement in user experiences. Jon also has a background in human factors engineering, graphic design, and strategic leadership in both freelance and contract roles, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing customer journeys and meeting business objectives. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
