Brian Leonard

Brian Leonard has extensive experience in account management and customer care, currently serving as Regional Director for National Accounts and previously as Director of Strategic Accounts at Actsoft Inc since April 2001. Leonard established a department focused on managing the top 200 accounts in a SaaS environment, implementing team-oriented procedures that include pre-sales consultations, software configuration, and proactive support. Prior to Actsoft Inc, Leonard worked in management positions within the hospitality industry from November 1988 to April 2000, while pursuing education at Florida State University. Experience also includes serving as a Customer Care Professional at Actsoft Inc, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, solutions engineering, and the development of onboarding systems.
