Wietske van Willegen

Wietske van Willegen is a life and recognized career coach (WISL) at Change of Perspective Coaching, beginning in October 2023, and is actively involved in the All Inclusive project at ACV, providing support for the development of inclusive personnel policies. With previous experience as a Senior Recruiter at AMS and as an International Recruiter at Multilingual Jobs WW, Wietske's background also includes serving as a Trade Union Secretary for ACV in the construction and industrial sectors, negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Additional roles include serving as a study career coach and practice lecturer at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, and project manager for a Dutch language program at DE SCHOOLBRUG. Wietske holds a degree in Applied Psychology from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and has completed entrepreneurial studies at Scalda Zeeland.
