Farhan Shamir

Farhan Shamir is an experienced professional in business development, digital transformation, and program leadership, currently serving as Team Leader for the UPSCALE 2 Program at Adam Smith International since April 2024. In this role, Farhan leads planning and execution of program interventions, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and provides strategic direction for law enforcement reform initiatives.
