Phillip Chance

Phillip Chance is the President and Director of Adamo Security Group since October 2017, specializing in high-security construction and client-focused security management. With prior experience as a Security Manager at Merlin Global Services, Phillip administered DOD industrial security programs, ensuring compliance with security policies for classified information. Phillip held the position of Senior Security Specialist at Qualcomm and Raytheon, focusing on security education and investigations. Additional experience includes serving on the pastoral staff at Living Way Fellowship and volunteering in church planting at South County Church. Phillip holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific College, and an Associate of Arts in Woodworking Skills Technology from Palomar College.
