Anna Karolyna de Jesus Oliveira

Anna Karolyna de Jesus Oliveira is an experienced professional in the human resources field. Currently serving as an Assistente de Gestão de Talentos at Adão Imóveis since May 2022, Anna is responsible for representing the HR department within the Talent unit, organizing training and development schedules, facilitating integration training, and supporting training sessions for commercial and administrative teams. Previously, Anna worked as an Estágio de Gente e Gestão at Bradel from August 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included endomarketing, internal communication, recruitment and selection, headhunting, assisting in psychological test corrections, and onboarding processes. Anna is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Universidade Paulista, with an expected graduation in December 2023.
