Davonna Hood has extensive experience in case management and leadership within the developmental disabilities sector. Currently serving as a Case Manager Trainer/Mentor and Residential Director at ADAPT Community Network and as a Certified Incident Investigator at the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc., Davonna has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and mentoring. With previous roles as Care Manager at VillageCare and Residential Director at United Cerebral Palsy of NYC, Davonna has honed skills in service coordination and team supervision. As a Co-Author with The Professional Woman Network, Davonna shares inspirational writings to empower others. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Lehman College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle, along with a Mental Health First Aid certification.
