Gonçalo Neves

Gonçalo Neves is a Senior Manufacturing Specialist at Adaptimmune since February 2022, focusing on the manufacturing and development of an Allogeneic T-cell platform. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technician in GMP Operations at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where Gonçalo contributed to the development and manufacturing of a 50L Lentiviral process for CAR-T cells. Previously, Gonçalo worked as a GMP Technician at Bio Products Laboratory Limited, handling the manufacturing of coagulation factors, and served as Production GMP Team Leader at TEMAG Pharma, overseeing the production of unlicensed medicines. Additionally, Gonçalo has experience as a self-employed writer, authoring several books in Portuguese and planning future publications. Gonçalo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza.
