Mark Dickson

Mark Dickson is an experienced professional in the field of IT solutions and automation, currently serving as Director of Solutions and Director of Product Management at Adaptiva since November 2017, following roles as Senior Solutions Engineer. Prior to Adaptiva, Mark worked at Skanska from January 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities included IT Automation Manager and Automation Specialist, with a focus on improving operational processes through LEAN techniques. Mark's career began at Arup from August 2006 to December 2012 as an IT Support Analyst, contributing to a significant global software migration project. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computing from the University of Sunderland, completed in 2004.
