Divya Rai is an experienced recruitment professional currently on maternity leave from Adastra since July 2018. In the role of Senior Recruitment Partner, Divya leads full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical positions and management roles, building relationships with clients and stakeholders across Canada and the USA. Previous experience includes founding JiviANGO Creations and roles at Amadeus, where Divya managed end-to-end recruitment processes and established employee referral programs. Divya's career also includes positions at Maintec Technologies and siliconindia, with a strong focus on talent acquisition across various sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Lucknow and a BCA in Computer Science from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University.
