Sofian Al Dahshan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Internal Shari’ah Control and Learning & Performance Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since October 2010. With a background that includes significant leadership roles in various prominent banks, such as Emirates National Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and HSBC, Sofian has proven expertise in Islamic banking, learning and development, coaching, and driving organizational performance. Sofian holds a Master's degree in Advanced Diploma in Islamic Commercial Jurisprudence from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance, an MBA in Banking from the University of Atlanta, and a BSc in Finance & Banking from Southeastern University.
