Henrik Stage

Henrik Stage has held various positions in the finance and business development fields since 1994. Henrik began their career at Carlsberg Group as General Manager, Business Development (M&A) and CFO of Hue Brewery in Vietnam. In 1998, they moved to Hempel A/S as a Business Development Manager and in 2003, they became a Business Development Consultant for the same company. From 2004 to 2016, they held various roles at Santaris Pharma A/S, including CFO, CEO, and EVP Corporate Development. During this time, they raised more than 500m DKK in 3 Financing Rounds and closed 6 major worldwide partner deals with potential milestone payments of over 2 billion USD. Henrik also moved Santaris' new state of the art LNA biotech technology from idea to POC. In 2015, they became a Partner at Ventac Partners and CFO at RhoVac ApS and Synact Pharma ApS. In 2017, they founded Adcendo and held the positions of CFO and CEO. Currently, they are a Board Member at ResoTher Pharma.

Henrik Stage completed their Master in Finance from Copenhagen Business School between 1981 and 1986. Prior to that, they attended Rysensteen Gymnasium from 1976 to 1979.
