James Rombke

James Rombke is the current President of the Board of Directors at Addiction Services Council. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Nova Home Health Care Inc. from February 2017 to February 2021. Before that, they were an Addiction Recovery Coach at Center for Addiction Treatment (CAT) from January 2016 to December 2017.

Dr. James Rombke is a graduate of the Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree. James also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Cincinnati. In addition to their law degree, Dr. Rombke is also a Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN).
