Tim Migler

Tim Migler is an accomplished technology and infrastructure executive currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure and Engineering at Addison Group since October 2024. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Director of Innovation and Technology at M. Holland Company, where Tim successfully developed IT strategies, upgraded infrastructure, and transitioned systems from physical to cloud environments. Prior roles also encompass significant contributions as Innovation and Technology Manager at Disposall Waste Inc., a consultant, and various capacities within One Hope United, culminating in the planning and management of critical IT infrastructure for a nonprofit organization. Tim holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and dual Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from St. Joseph's College, along with a project management certificate from Northwestern University.
