Lisa Hansen

Lisa Hansen has extensive experience in hospice and healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Hospice Development at Addus HomeCare since March 2021. Lisa has held the role of Regional Director of Integration for multiple hospice organizations, including Queen City Hospice, Miracle City Hospice, Capital City Hospice, and Day City Hospice since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing EMR and HRIS systems and providing staff education. Notably, Lisa recouped significant funds from Medicare and other insurance providers early in previous roles, contributing to substantial patient growth. Lisa's background also includes critical positions at Kindred Healthcare and Acclaim Hospice & Palliative Care, where leadership and coordination capabilities were demonstrated across various functions. Educational achievements include a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's in Chemistry/Biology from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
