Somi P.

Somi P. currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at Adeia since November 2024. Previously, Somi P. held the position of Corporate Development - M&A and Ventures at AMD from February 2022 to November 2024 and was involved in Corporate Development and Corporate Finance at Xilinx from October 2017 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banker at RBC Capital Markets from 2012 to 2015 and Quant Media Advisors in 2011, as well as research assistant positions at the Mechanical Systems Control Laboratory and the Intelligent Control Systems Laboratory in 2008. Somi P. earned a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
