Niamh Wade

Niamh Wade is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Executive Manager of Primary Care and Integration at Adelaide PHN since November 2023. Niamh has held various leadership roles in organizations such as BreastScreen South Australia, serving as General Manager and Program Director since May 2019, and SA Health, where Niamh has worked as Project Manager and Commissioning Manager since February 2015. Previously, Niamh was the Chief Project Officer at Disability SA and held senior project roles at Health Workforce Australia and the National Screening Unit in New Zealand.
