The Wine Production team at Adelsheim Vineyard is responsible for crafting the high-quality Pinot noir and Chardonnay wines for which the winery is renowned. Led by the Winemaker and supported by roles such as the Cellar Master, Cellar Specialist, and Assistant Winemaker, this team oversees all aspects of the winemaking process. They manage grape harvesting, fermentation, aging, and bottling, ensuring that each bottle reflects the unique terroir of the Chehalem Mountains while adhering to sustainable practices.
