Helena Claraso

Helena Claraso serves as the Head of M&A Legal at Adevinta since September 2022. Prior to this role, Helena held the position of M&A Legal Manager at ABERTIS from April 2017 to August 2022. Helena's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from July 2014 to March 2017 and at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira from October 2013 to June 2014. Additionally, Helena worked as a Lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira from September 2007 to May 2011 and interned there in early 2007. Internship experience also includes a brief stint at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in July 2006. Helena completed an LL.M. in Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2012 and participated in an Exchange Program at Cornell Law School in 2007. Helena holds a Licenciatura & Máster en Derecho from Esade, obtained in 2007.
