Joel Estuardo Juarez Back is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and software development. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Adevinta since September 2022, Joel has held senior engineering roles at Shopify and eBay Kleinanzeigen, as well as a Senior Java Developer position at HeavenHR. Joel's diverse background includes full stack engineering at Katch LLC and software development at Vantage Media, where expertise in C# and microservices was utilized. With a foundational role as a Java Architect at Cloud, S.A., Joel designed cloud service architectures and developed backend systems using Java EE and related technologies. Prior experience also includes managing web projects at TPP eMarketing and a degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
